Buying records
When you order something, we'll do our best to get it to you. But sometimes records sell out or we discover condition issues we missed. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund your money. Payments go through Stripe, which is secure and reliable.
About our descriptions
We try to describe everything accurately, especially the condition of pre-loved records. If you get something that doesn't match what we said, contact us within a week and we'll make it right.
If something goes wrong
We're not responsible for things beyond our control, and our liability is limited to what you paid for the specific item. Some places don't allow these limitations, so your rights might be different.
